Refunds

If your original method of payment is no longer active or unable to receive refunds, please contact us before the refund is processed so we can arrange an alternative solution.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, the recommended process is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
