Return Process
At theallinoneshop.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love the feel of your new items. We have a 50-day return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your purchased item to request a return. If you are not satisfied with our products during this period, you can contact us at info@theallinoneshop.com to return them. (the 50-day countdown begins on the day you receive your product). To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the original condition received and free of stains and/or damage.
All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or issued through store credit. If for any reason, your original form of payment is no longer active or able to process the refund, please contact us to change the return channel before refunding.
To start the return, please contact us. Once your request has been reviewed, our Customer Experience team will send you a return shipping label (return shipping fees from the wrong or damaged products are covered by theallinoneshop.com) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved for refund. Once approved, we will refund the original method of payment within 2 workdays. You will receive a refund confirmation from us once the refund has been initiated. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a credit back onto a gift card.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The best way to move forward is to initiate a return for your original items and repurchase the items you would like in a new order!
Damages
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and if the product is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@theallinoneshop.com or connect with a live chat agent so we can find the best solution for you!
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
