For card payments, the charge may appear on your statement under our business name (The All in One Shop or Tech Ferry LTD). We do not surcharge any payment card (no extra fees beyond the order total). Note: We do not store full credit card details on our servers; your card data is handled by our payment processor in compliance with strict security standards. If a payment is declined or reversed (e.g., a chargeback), we may cancel the order and/or suspend the account pending resolution.


Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping for our products, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. During checkout, you will see available shipping options, costs, and an estimated delivery timeframe based on your provided address. We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. In general, orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on destination.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item for a refund in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

Customers in the UK and EU have a 14-day cooling-off period for most goods bought online.
